Refund Policy

If the booster box or single card you purchased is defective, please report it within 7 days of receipt of the item.

When doing so, please be sure to present the following items.
Receipt or order confirmation proving purchase.
A photograph of the item(s) and packing box(es) with clearly visible defects.
Upon receipt, we will investigate and issue a refund if the defect is covered by our policy. The amount of the refund will be based on the extent of the defect.

Examples of defects covered by our policy:
Chipped corners, creases or bends, or other defects on the card compared to the condition of the card as described on the product page.

Examples of defects that are not covered:
Cards damaged by normal use.
Cards that have been altered or changed and not genuine
Merchandise that has been used by the customer
Products that have been opened(boxes, promo packs, deck sets, etc.)

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
If there is an error in your order
Personal reasons (changed your mind, no longer needed, etc.)
Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 7 days after delivery
Items due to reasons of market price fluctuation such as price increase or decrease
False declaration (act of declaring that an item has not been delivered even though the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered)
